The most common way to access an observation that was performed "on you" by another person is through the Observations page from the Learning Targets in Edivate.
You can also access these observations from Observe by first logging into Observe, clicking Observations (to the left of the page), and then clicking Completed by Others.
By default, Observe shows observations from the last three months. If the observation was started before then and is not showing, you may want to adjust the "From" and "To" date range.
To review an observation, click the desired observation. Once the observation is opened, you can view the Observation Details at the top of the page, and other information below it.
Observations can be separated into sections. You can go through the different sections by clicking the desired section name in the "Sections Quick Access" area in the bottom left corner. You can also go to the next or previous section by clicking the Next or Previous arrow at the bottom of the observation.
You can download a PDF version of the observation by clicking the Export button at the bottom right of the observation. You can also leave feedback for the Observer by clicking the Create Feedback button, also found at the bottom of the observation.
The observer can also attach professional development videos or evidence to the entire observation or to certain sections or indicators.
You can access the professional development videos by clicking the Professional Development button next the the indicator it's attached to, at the top of the section it is attached to, or up in the Observation Details (if it is attached to the entire observation). You can also view any evidence attached to the observation, section, or indicator by clicking the Evidence button.
